A resident recently said, "I made a good decision in coming to the Wesleyan Village to live full time. You can be as busy as you want. I enjoy the Christian fellowship, activities, trips, and the church services. This is the place to be."
Activities: quilting, computer classes, monthly "Music Night," floor exercises, water aerobics, potluck dinners, game nights, daily coffee hour.
Clubs: retired school personnel, red hat society, men's fellowship, ladies' Bible study fellowship, individual state reunions, keenagers (singles), choir/orchestra (church).
Special Events: camp meeting, Bible conference, concert series, annual missionary convention, women's meetings, Hephzibah's ice-cream social, community yard sale, handcraft exhibit, Wesleyan college and university reunions, strawberry social/auction, pancake breakfast, 50th wedding anniversary celebrations.
Recreation: shuffleboard, table tennis, pool tables, horseshoes, swimming, nature trail for hiking, bicycling, and golf carts -- and tennis, golf courses, and bowlng nearby.
Travel: day trips, dinner cruise, Holy Land experience, Word of Life, professional baseball, Disneyworld, dinner theater, museums, plays/concerts, craft/car shows.
