There is an elevator in the garage to the attic which makes it so much easier to store items up in it.

Attic is very large with tons of storage area and very well insulated.  It keeps the temperature within around 3 degrees from the temperature down stairs.

The entire house is ONE level-no steps up or down, this home has gutter guards on all the gutters so no need to have leaves cleaned out. The awning is a Sunsetter with a wind sensor that allows the awning to retreat when the wind is strong.

The elevator is a Stiltz with 2 remote controls. The water softener is in the attic and a "no salt" conditioner-never have to carry large bags of salt again.

There can be no structures built any closer to the property.

This home is a little country in back (cows often come to the fence) and city in front-easy exit on Redbud without going though the Village.

Assessment Fee: $322 per month which includes water, sewage, trash pickup, and use of the facilites

The assessment fee includes mowing and trimming and the upkeep on the outside of the building.
